Click & Collect
Click & Collect is a FREE service which allows you to select and order goods online and collect from selected Ian's Shoes stores. There are no delivery charges and no waiting around at home for your delivery to arrive.
Shop online and find a product. During checkout you'll be asked for your preferred delivery option, make sure you select Click & Collect. Select from the drop down list your preferred store location.
Once you've completed your order, you'll be sent a confirmation email and an email notifying you that your order is ready to be collected.

Terms & Conditions - Click & Collect
Service is available at selected stores and stock is subject to availability. Sale items are not available for Click & Collect. In the event your order is unable to be filled, you will be emailed by an Ian's Shoes staff member. Click and collect purchases are subject to all standard Ian's Shoes terms and conditions.
Depending on the size of your order and the time it is placed, it may be ready for pick up on the same day. We will send you a Ready for Collection email when your order is ready.
Click & Collect orders will be kept for 7 days from the day you’ve placed your order. After 7 days your order will be cancelled and we will contact you to arrange a refund. Please allow sufficient time for the refund to show in your account.
If you nominate someone else to pick up your order on your behalf, they must quote the order number, your full name, contact number and address.
Online sales can be exchanged in store. Refunds need to be issued at head office and can not be issued in store.
Ian's Shoes reserves the right to change or discontinue the Click & Collect service at any time, without notice.
